Job Description

We are looking for a competent and experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Collect quantitative and qualitative data from sales & marketing campaigns.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
Assist in sales & marketing, advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web).
Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
Help distribute sales & marketing materials.
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
Help organize sales & marketing events.
Generate leads and build excellent rapport with corporate clients.

Requirement and Qualifications

Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Solid understanding of different sales & marketing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords).
Passion for the sales & marketing industry and its best practices.
Work experience in Sales and Marketing.
Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
