Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who has a good command of English and excellent communication skills and also has the ability to manage customer queries and complaints.

Job Responsibilities

Must have good communication skills.
Must have good english writing skills and verbal skills.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Direct call with customers to address their queries/issues.

Requirement and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree running or completed.
Experience working with customer support.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
